Upper storey offices are cantilevered over the car bays to provide a striking street presence, with interlocking panels and frameless glazing added to provide a clean smooth finish to these high end office and warehouse units. The front elevations are accentuated by aluminium composite panel cladding, timber soffit linings and recycled brickwork to bring a fresh look to the Osborne Park precinct.
